Event Reports Virtual Workshop Targets Non-Conformances and CAPAs

This two-part workshop will help participants understand how to better use data from non-conformances as well as how to effectively communicate issues.

Do you know how a non-conformance leads to a CAPA? Do you know how to derive data analytics from certain systems? Essentially all pre-CAPA inputs are handled in the same manner. MedTech Intelligence is offering an Event Reports Virtual Workshop that will provide attendees with knowledge as to a more standardized way of recording, investigating, and resolving non-conformances, as well as how to use the recorded data to more effectively communicate tracking and trending of issues. The course in meant to provide a guide for better use of the data derived from recording non-conformances.

The virtual workshop takes place over two two-hour sessions on September 5 and September 19. The course will be instructed by world-class, international quality and regulatory consultant Mark Proulx, president of MLB Consulting Services. Proulx has more than 25 years of direct manufacturing, auditing, and FDA experience and is a certified quality auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt.
